NASA's $7 BILLION HabEx telescope will go on a 10-year search for a 'second Earth'

NASA's new mission to find a 'second Earth' is set to kickoff in the 2030s. HabEx will use a telescope with a mirror that is nearly twice the size as the one aboard the Hubble Telescope.
